Data policy

This policy explains the nature of the contact data we deliver, how it is sourced and verified, and your responsibilities when using it for outreach.
1. What we deliver
Each contact in a Quarvio list includes the following fields where available:
- First name and last name
- Verified email address
- Job title
- Company name
- Company size
- Industry
- Location (country, city where available)
All lists are delivered as CSV files, downloadable from your dashboard.
2. Data sourcing
Contact data is aggregated from publicly available professional sources — business directories, company websites, professional networks, press releases, and other publicly indexed professional information. We do not name our data sources. This supply-chain secrecy is how we maintain the freshness and quality edge that makes our verification rates achievable.
We do not purchase stolen data, scrape platforms in violation of their terms of service, or use any data obtained through deception or unauthorised access.
3. Verification
Every contact passes a multi-step verification pipeline before delivery: format validation, active domain and MX record checks, and live deliverability verification. Catch-all addresses — which cover a significant share of corporate decision-makers — are confirmed via live send-path tests rather than discarded. See our How we verify page for the full methodology.
4. Data accuracy
We guarantee 90%+ deliverability on delivered lists. Contact data reflects the professional information publicly available at the time of sourcing; job titles and employment relationships change, and we cannot guarantee data remains accurate after delivery. 5. Your data and files
Lists delivered to your account are private to your account. They are never shared with other customers, never resold, and never used for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders. Your filter selections and order details are similarly private.
Files remain in your account indefinitely. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@quarvio.io.
6. Your compliance responsibility
B2B contact data from publicly available professional sources is generally lawful to use for commercial outreach, subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outreach campaigns comply with:
- CAN-SPAM Act (US): honest sender identification, clear opt-out mechanism, prompt honouring of unsubscribe requests.
- GDPR (EU/UK): a legitimate interest basis for B2B prospecting is generally available, but you must provide an easy opt-out and honour it. If targeting EU/UK data subjects, ensure your outreach meets the relevant requirements.
- CASL (Canada): implied consent may apply to B2B communications; express consent is stronger.
- Any other applicable local regulation in your sending jurisdiction.

7. License
Delivered contact data is licensed for your own outreach and internal business use only. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of delivered data to any third party is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions.
8. Data deletion requests
If an individual contacts you requesting removal from your list, honour that request promptly. If you receive a deletion or right-to-erasure request that you believe relates to data sourced through Quarvio, email hello@quarvio.io with the details and we will investigate.
