1. Who we are

HustlrHQ Scale LLP ("Quarvio", "we", "us") operates quarvio.io. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it. Contact: hello@quarvio.io.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: business email address, name, company name, billing address, GST number (optional).
• Order data: filter selections, order quantities, order history, delivered file metadata.
• Payment data: transaction references and amounts. Full card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the dashboard, timestamps. Used solely for service operation and fraud prevention.
• Communications: emails you send to hello@quarvio.io and any support interactions.

3. How we use your data

• Fulfilling and delivering your orders
• Generating invoices and managing your credit wallet
• Sending transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery notification, payment receipt)
• Sending service-related lifecycle emails (credit expiry reminders, re-engagement) — you can opt out of non-transactional emails in account Settings
• Operating, maintaining, and improving the platform
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Third-party services

We share minimal data with third-party services only as necessary to operate:

• Payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal): billing name, email, and amount for processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Email delivery: your email address and the content of transactional emails are processed by our email delivery provider.
• Cloud infrastructure: account and order data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Data is not processed outside this purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes.

5. The data we deliver to you

Contact lists delivered to your account are private to your account. They are never resold, never shared with other customers, and never used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Files remain in your account until you delete them or close your account.

6. Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We maintain reasonable organisational and technical safeguards against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

7. Retention

Account and order data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years for financial records under Indian law). You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing hello@quarvio.io — see Section 8.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@quarvio.io with the subject line "Data request" and we will respond within 7 business days.

9. AI and web crawlers

Our public-facing pages (homepage, pricing, FAQ, legal pages, and similar) are intentionally accessible to AI crawlers including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and CCBot. Authenticated dashboard pages are excluded from crawling via robots.txt.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A dismissible cookie notice is shown on first visit.

11. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be notified by email to registered users. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision.
