Digital delivery only
Quarvio is a fully digital service. We deliver verified B2B contact lists as downloadable CSV files. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery address required.
Delivery timeline
All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of placement. Once your list is ready, you will receive an email notification and a download link will appear in your dashboard at quarvio.io/orders.
Access to your order
Your contact list is accessible from your account dashboard immediately upon delivery. Download links are available for 14 days after delivery. If you need re-access after this period, email hello@quarvio.io.
Delivery issues
If you have not received your order within 48 hours of placement, please contact us at hello@quarvio.io with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
No physical shipping
As a digital product provider, Quarvio does not ship any physical goods. No shipping charges are applied to any order. This shipping policy is provided for regulatory compliance purposes.
